With the developing of comprehensive national strength,Chinese languages as second language for foreigner is becoming more and more important.Chinese as second language textbook compilation also plays an influential role.How does a textbook show context with more scientific and rational way? Teachers and students satisfied with the book? Does text cooperated with the different cultures in other places? Does text book have any problems in the process when teacher used? etc.The thesis is about the discovery of period when author teaching Chinese language as second language at Khartoum University Confucius Institute as volunteer.And I hope it can give rise to think about how to use the textbook sufficiently and scientifically.It is chose by author as the standard to test if the textbook of Great Wall Chinese Essentials in Communication can size up with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: learning,teaching,assessment(CEFR).The main reason is Europe has a great research result of Linguistics,Language Teaching,Acquisition of language and Study.CEFR published by European council unified the terms and definitions of language teaching and studying.It is aimed at establishing a standard between different countries that can used with different education sectors in favors of them could give authentications for each other.It is necessary to study of Great Wall Chinese Essentials in Communication as prescribed textbook appointed by Office of Chinese Language Council International.There is a questionnaire designed by author to question the students about their interesting and feeling of to use Great Wall Chinese Essentials in Communication textbook.To compare and analysis results,author draw a conclusion that Great Wall Chinese Essentials in Communication textbook is suitable for the students of Khartoum University Confucius Institute.But,there are still a lot of questions.At the end of thesis,author want to table a proposal can help teaching of successors.And enlightened the writers who wants to write textbook about teaching Chinese language as second language.
