Under the background of globalization and information,the arising of micro-lecture complied with the trend and requirement of teaching via the internet.The significance of micro-lecture teaching is to promote the autonomic learning ability for the elementary and secondary school students as well as to satisfy the demand of individual learning.With the deepening development of educative reform and the great progress of micro-lecture competition,having micro-lecture teaching becomes the inevitable trend of primary English teaching reform,which contributes to build a modem,adaptation,efficiency and high quality of primary English class.In the infancy of primary micro-lecture English teaching,the problems of low coverage and low teaching quality are existed in current English class.Finding out the reasons and taking efforts to resolve the problems are important to promote the further development of micro-teaching in primary English class.First of all,literature research method is adopted to analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign relative research status on the connotation of micro-lecture,which developing route and micro-lecture teaching in primary English class.The result reflects that the theoretical construction of micro-lecture is tend to be built and the studying direction is transformed from how to design or make a micro-lecture to its application in different subjects.However,the data displayed the research on micro-lecture English teaching is relatively less.On the basis of the predecessors to class definition to increase the understanding of micro-lecture and micro-lecture teaching,abstract the basic features and its value in primary English teaching.Secondly,by interviewing fifteen English teachers of eight elementary schools in Changsha and analyzing the micro-lecture teaching cases,five main problems are founded under the perspective of teachers' awareness:Micro-lecture teaching is not popularized in primary English class yet;Micro-lecture resource is not be chosen properly;Some of micro-lecture are absence of quality;Micro-lecture teaching is not disjointed with other parts in English teaching;Teachers induced no participation with students while micro-lecture teaching.Reasons can be dissected from subjective and objective aspects.On the subjective aspect,the primary English teachers'awareness and teaching ability on micro-lecture teaching affect its popularization and quality directly;On the objective aspect,the primary English micro-lecture platform has not been established,it is the first cause to restrict the development of micro-lecture teaching.In addiction,other factors such as technology equipment,the support of school decision-makers and the heavy workload of English teachers affect it indirectly.Finally,based on the analysis of educational theories and combined with some teaching cases,strategies are supported from new teaching concept,new resource concept and new developing concept of teachers.With a view to make the modest contribution to the progress and development of our country's future primary school English teaching.
