The Psychobiographical Study Of Typical Greedy Characters In China

Corruption is a society universal social phenomenon derived from the development of human,and psychological factors is the basic cause of the spread of corruption breeding.In order to have a thorough understanding of human greed psychological problems,this study with five Chinese typical greedy character as the research object,adopting the research method of psychobiography,lunyu management quality code handbook and Confucian mental assets and liabilities for the tool.Use "the draft history of qing"," ho-shen biography","history of Ming Dynasty","Liu Jin biography","wei zhong xian biography","Yan Song biography","the Book of Jin","Shi Chong biography",coding and analyze the historical materials such as content,the nature and impact of greed,depth of mining.Research emphatically discusses the three aspects:(1)the typical greedy character's personality structure analysis.(2)the paper analyzes the causes of typical greedy character core traits.(3)the greedy character of typical core characteristics influence on the individual and society.The research results show that the typical greedy people most of the eight core characteristics of Confucian psychological debt throughout life,and to reach its peak during the ruling power.The core of the most representative characteristics are: thief,capacitors,greed,deceit,abuse,stand,luxurious and worship.Typical character's greed core characteristics of Confucian mental assets relatively scattered,not focused on a certain age.Five no bigger difference,the research object of the personality structure characters of five representative greed that consistent on personality traits.And most of the causes of these core traits and the research object of the early not ideal family environment and poor background.Childhood sufferings,encouraging them to pursue the interests and rights of wealth more higher,when its power and wealth will produce excessive compensation psychology,and through continuous claim to compensate for the defects in the material and spiritual past for self-protection.And social environmental factors,such as interpersonal encounters and a herd mentality is the cause of the core quality is relatively obvious,the turmoil of the era,the common people have a sense of a few rich,therefore using various means to achieve their personal purpose becomes very common.Cheat,brutal,not tolerance,disaster becomes them a shortcut to the road to the interests of others,is also a era environment make personal value system.Because of the pursuit of interests at the cost of personality traits make them mostmiserable ending on its development path,and in its critical period of development,selection methods are similar to an end,is choose the harm other people and the collective interests by hook or by crook,usurps interests as the first principle.So the management mode,of course,lead to their social and political activities have become less distortion.And absolute power leads to absolute corruption,hurt the most for the powerless people,lead to the activation of class contradictions,it is difficult to maintain social order,and even lead to the change of their dynasties.
