The effective docking of state-owned cultural enterprises is an important way for the reform of cultural undertakings and an important basis for the development of cultural industry.Only the culture of state-owned enterprises into the real market and the vigorous development of cultural undertakings,to stay away from the market can really thick with leaves and deep-rooted cultural industry.The ultimate goal of effective docking of state-owned cultural enterprises and cultural market is to comply with the law of cultural market,meet the needs of cultural consumption and expand the benefits of cultural management on the basis of realizing their social functions.Taking the reform and development of Beijing performing arts group as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes its recent experience of actively integrating into the market and seeking to grow bigger and stronger.Focusing on the structural reform of the supply side of cultural enterprises,it puts forward the situation and train of thought for effective docking between cultural enterprises and market.As far as the situation is concerned,the era of mobile internet calls for more and better cultural products.For example,the field of performing arts,popular culture consumption needs better and more grassroots entertainment products,fast acting products network cultural consumption needs better and more diversified,cultural consumption needs more and better performing products for the progress of social civilization;need to provide modern entertainment industry to introduce new products including positive energy,strict control of public consumption to entertainment industry to provide more people moving entertainment products,promote the socialist core values to the performing arts industry to provide more positive entertainment products,pioneer entertainment industry consensus to unite to provide more influential entertainment products.The main contradiction of the current cultural market is still the contradiction between people's demand for cultural products and the imbalance of supply of cultural enterprises,including the contradiction between supply and demand of cultural products,and the structural contradiction of supply side of cultural products.State owned cultural enterprises are the main force of cultural supply.The key content to enhance the supply capacity of state-owned cultural enterprises is individualization,systematization and socialization,and so on.They are "three strategies".The personalized strategy is to enhance the quality and enhance the taste,including elaborating and planning cultural products,concentrating on producing and processing cultural products,serving and showing cultural taste.Systematic strategy is to integrate resources to make bigger and bigger businesses,including strengthening the midpoint,vertically integrating the side cultural resources,strengthening the center and expanding the supply side cultural resources horizontally.The social strategy is to co-ordinate the elegance and efficiency of two,including a party to promote the development of integration,to provide education services,in-depth life to benefit people's livelihood,provide ideas to guide the behavior of.
