| As an important part of our country’s educational cause,the development and supplement of art education outside school plays an irreplaceable role.With the increasing participation of the state,schools and relevant practitioners,the extramural art training institutions have made a qualitative leap in terms of hardware facilities and talent reserve and training,and the influence of the extramural art education and training institutions for children has been further expanded,and has received more recognition and attention.The research on the present situation of art training institutions for children outside the school provides reference and enlightenment for constructing the research system of art education outside the school in contemporary China in the context of globalization,promoting the sustainable development of art training institutions for children outside the school,and for the development of research related to art education for contemporary people."Hagar Art Education" is one of the forerunners in the art training institutions for out-of-school children in our country.Its exploration and practice of art education for out-of-school children have been widely recognized by the society.The first chapter of this paper is the research background,the corresponding concept definition,research status,methods and significance.The second chapter introduces the present situation of "Chagall Art Education",an external art training institution for children.The third chapter is the emphasis of this article,mainly from the aspects of teaching,management,consumer groups,public welfare,and so on,discussed the status and development strategies of art education and training institutions for out-of-school children.The fourth chapter is to explore the present situation of art training institutions for out-of-school children and find out the problems and solutions. |
