Based on the theory of mood congruency model and the theory of accommodation-assimilation model, combined with the characteristics of emergencies, this study explores the influence of the emotions induced by the emergency situation on trust and its feedback clues. In this study, the effect of the emergency situation-induced emotions on individual trust was analyzed through the first experiment. From the perspective of the neural mechanism, the differences between the emergency context-induced emotions, the negative emotions and the neutral emotions were analyzed,The difference between trust and distrust under different emotional conditions.Experiment 2 was conducted on the basis of experiment 1,to explore the feedback clues effect of emotions induced by emergency situation on trust.Statistical analysis was performed on the data obtained in Experiments 1 and 2 to obtain the following results:First, the behavioral results in Experiment 1 indicate that under the emotional state induced by the emergency situation, the individual's trust level is lower than the individual's trust level under the negative emotion and the individual's trust level under the neutral emotion. The results of EEG showed that in the emotional picture stimulation stage, under different emotional picture stimulus conditions, the individual's AN1 amplitude was significantly different at different electrode positions;the P1 amplitudes of individuals induced by neutral emotional pictures and negative emotion pictures were significantly moer positive than the P1 amplitude induced by the emergency context picture. The N2 amplitude under the negative emotion picture and the emergency situation picture stimulation were significantly negative to the N2 amplitude of the neutral picture-evoked individual. In the trust decision-making stage, the trusted AN1 and P2 amplitudes under neutral emotional conditions are significantly higher than those of the untrusted AN1 and P2 amplitudes. There is no significant difference in the amplitude of AN1 and P2 between trust and distrust under negative emotions. The amplitude of untrusted AN1 was significantly higher than that of the trusted AN1 amplitude under the emergency situation-induced emotional conditions, and there was no significant difference in the P2 amplitude between trust and distrust.Second, the behavioral results of experiment 2 indicate that the individual's trust level in the feedback clue context with high investment feedback rate is significantly higher than the individual trust level in the feedback clue context with low investment feedback rate.In the context of feedback clues with high investment feedback rate and feedback clues with low investment feedback rate, there is no significant difference between individual trust level under negative emotion and individual trust level under emotion induced by emergency situations. However,in the context of feedback clues with high investment feedback rates, individual trust levels under negative emotions are lower;in feedback clues situations with low investment feedback rates, individual trust levels are higher under negative emotions.
