With the development of modern education,how to develop students'self-efficacy has brought about the widespread attention of experts and scholars.Learning self-efficacy refers to individuals' judgment on their capabilities to organize and implement the process to obtain expected educational achievements.The level of students' learning self-efficacy is closely related to characteristics of students'physical and mental development and teaching environment and phenomenon.Students' learning self-efficacy will directly or indirectly affect their learning efficiency and other aspects.Therefore,the problems,such as whether students' personality traits and teachers' teaching styles are correlated with the English learning self-efficacy and whether they can interact with each other,deserve our further study and discussion.On the basis of the existing research at home and abroad,this study mainly adopts the literature analysis,questionnaire survey method and other methods to study the correlation among personality traits of high-grade students,teachers' teaching styles and self-efficacy in English learning of primary schools of Han and Korean nationalities in Yanji city.Three kinds of questionnaires are used in the research design,and 400 high-grade students in primary schools of Han and Korean nationalities in Yanji city are investigated.The purpose of this study is to provide some enlightenment and help for the development of education and teaching of primary schools in the compulsory education stage through the correlation study of personality traits of high-grade students,teachers' teaching styles and self-efficacy in English learning of primary schools of Han and Korean nationalities in Yanji city.This study finally comes to the following 5 conclusions by combing and analyzing the research results:1.High-grade pupils with different sexes have significant differences in personality traits of agreeableness and prudence;high-grade pupils with different ethnic groups have significant differences in personality trait of agreeableness.2.High-grade primary school teachers' teaching styles cognized by pupils with different ethnic groups have significant differences in the dimensions of rigorous and logical type,humorous and active type,as well as innovative and explorative type.3.The overall English learning self-efficacy of senior students in primary school is in an initial level.It is different among the students with different gender and different grade.4.Personality traits of high-grade pupils and teachers' teaching styles have significant impact on the self-efficacy in English learning.5.High-grade in primary school teachers' teaching styles play the role of regulation in the correlation study of personality traits and self-efficacy in English learning.Following suggestions are put forward based on the preceding conclusions:1.Pay attention to exemplary examples around students,promote family-school cooperation,and enhance teachers' relevant theoretical quality to strengthen the development of high-grade students'personality traits.2.Train innovative teachers with a rigorous language style and a clear idea of education and teaching to effectively promote the development of teaching styles of senior teachers in primary schools.3.Correctly guide students to establish short-term goals and attribution feedback and improve the English learning self-efficacy of senior students to let students gain a sense of success from alternative information at the same time.4.Based on the different personality traits of senior students in primary schools,diversified teaching styles are adopted to improve the English learning self-efficacy.
