Influence Of Five Confucian Norms On Team Effectiveness

With the development of globalization and the progress of science and technology,the competitive environment of the organization has also changed greatly.The competitive environment of the organization is increasing complexly and intensely,which brings great challenges to the organization's daily business activities.Since the reform and opening up,the enterprises or organizations in our country have introduced more advanced foreign management theories directly.These theories have played an important role in the development of Chinese enterprises,but different social culture and living backgrounds have made some theories in China “acclimatize” effect.Since the Han Dynasty “deposed 100,only Confucianism”,Our country has established the ideological and theoretical system which is compatible with the various schools of Confucianism as the backbone of Confucianism.Confucianism has become the guiding ideology of feudal rule,and has penetrated into all fields of politics,economy,military and culture,which profoundly influenced people's thoughts and habits.This paper combines the five principles of Confucianism with the theory of team effectiveness,and tries to localize the theory of team effectiveness in foreign countries.This paper brings the the five principles of Confucianism into the modern team management activities,so as to improve the team effectiveness of the enterprise.In this paper,the five dimensions of Confucian “Wuchang”from the perspective of benevolence,righteousness,courtesy,intelligence and faith,as well as three dimensions of team performance,job satisfaction,satisfaction and development ability,are used to build the scale,and the questionnaire is compiled.The more than 100 teams were investigated through network and questionnaires.Through questionnaires,correlation analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis and other principles and methods of Surveying and statistics,this paper analyzes the influence of Confucian Wuchang on team effectiveness.The results show that: first,through correlation analysis,it is found that each variable has high correlation coefficient,and all variables have positive correlation.That is to say,different variables are mutually reinforcing and complementary.Secondly,by variance analysis,we found that team size did not play the role of controlling variables for the main observation variables,and the educational level ofteam members played a controlling variable on the main observation variables.Finally,three variables and comprehensive variables of team effectiveness are analyzed by regression analysis.According to the regression coefficients of all independent variables,it is found that the regression coefficients of 5 independent variables in 4 dependent variables are positive.It is known that the five dimensions of Confucian Wuchang have a positive effect on team effectiveness.From a significant level,interpersonal variables can effectively promote the performance of the team and the satisfaction of the team members,but the impact on team development is not significant.Team moral variables play a significant role in promoting team members' satisfaction and team development ability,but not improving team performance significantly.The regulatory variables have significant impact on the satisfaction of team members,but the impact on performance and development ability is not significant.The learning and innovation variables,in general,are highly significant,and are also significant from three different dimensions.The influence of team trust on team effectiveness is significant,and the regression coefficient of team trust is 0.559,which is much higher than other variables.
