Teaching practice is an important part of the cultivation of master students in TCSOL.It is not only the practical application of theoretical knowledge to gain real practical ability,but also the accumulation of valuable experience for students to take TCSOL as a career in the future.This research focuses on MTCSOL's domestic intern group.By conducting supplementary survey of domestic internships and researching from the perspective of job satisfaction,it explores the constituent factors of interns' job satisfaction in China.Then using different workplaces as variables,it investigates the difference in job satisfaction and the reasons for it;at the same time,this research will explore the correlation between internship satisfaction and the willingness to continue working in TCSOL after graduation.The purpose is to get a more comprehensive picture of domestic internship status of MTCSOL and to understand the different characteristics and work experience of different workplaces in order to provide enough information for students to choose and prepare for their internship.It also provides universities and workplaces with guidance to improve interns'job satisfaction,therefore to enhance their work enthusiasm and the effectiveness of internships.This study initially drafted the questionnaire based on collating relevant literature and referring to the existing questionnaires,and then conducted preliminary revisions to the questionnaire items through expert interviews,interns trial filling and other steps to ensure the validity of the content.Later the questionnaire is tested in a small sample to ensure its reliability and structural validity.According to statistical analysis,it is concluded that domestic internship satisfaction of MTCSOL is composed of 4 factors,which are competence improvement,salary and benefits,leadership and management and pressure.On the basis of the scientific scale,a wide range of formal questionnaires were issued and collected,and 97 valid samples were obtained.After that,the statistical process of internship status and job satisfaction analysis were carried out.According to the statistical results,domestic workplaces for internship of MTCSOL mainly include four categories,namely,American projects in China,domestic colleges and universities,language training agencies and other short-term foreign groups in China,and there are significant differences in the internship characteristics of the four categories.At the same time,the factors of job satisfaction also show significant differences among the 4 types,except for the competence improvement.In comparison,the average value of American projects in China is generally higher than that of the other three types.Domestic colleges and universities have a high degree of satisfaction in leadership and management,but the average value of other items is low.The average performance of language training agencies is not obvious in terms of job satisfaction,and there is no high or low score,while the average of other foreign groups in China is generally lower than the other three types,especially in the sense of pressure.According to the interview,the main reasons for interns' feeling of pressure are different in the four types of workplaces.The American projects in China will be heavier due to heavy workload,while the other three will be lack of necessary and clear guidance.In general,domestic interns of MTCSOL generally have a high degree of satisfaction in terms of competence improvement and leadership and management factors,but a low degree of satisfaction in terms of salary and benefits and pressure.They are neutral in their willingness to engage in TCSOL after graduation,and their job satisfaction for the internship has nothing to do with it.
