Nowadays,the actual situation are different from the curriculum standards,and the results of the implementation of curriculum reform have been far less able to meet the requirements of educational objectives.The current situation shows that there are too much attention concentrated on the dominant curriculum resources in the learning process,and besides,the hidden curriculum resources are more easily accepted by the students and have high educational value in the basic education stage,which has always been ignored.Hidden curriculum resources shows a subtle influence on people's ideology,values and behavior,and promotes the overall development of people and the whole society.The hidden curriculum establishes the highly effective teaching and focuses on the improvement of students' non cognitive ability via using the resources inside and outside the classroom and textbook.As for the current English curriculum reform in middle schools,English teaching is no longer a simple teaching of knowledge and skills,but more emphasis on students' attitude towards knowledge and emotion.Therefore,the study of how to use the hidden curriculum resources to improve high school students' learning and teachers' teaching is particularly important especially under the such time-consuming and low effective condition.What's more,the training goal of hidden curriculum is also in accordance with the requirements of the core literacy.Based on the unique educational value and the urgent need of hidden Curriculum,this study carries on the investigation and study of the current situation on the utilization of the English hidden curriculum resources.The paper has six parts.To start with,the basic research is to narrate the origin,purpose and significance of this study.Based on the topic,I collected the relevant materials and document,giving a comprehensive comment on the current situation of the research on the hidden English curriculum both in china and abroad.Then followed the related theoretical of hidden curriculum,such as hidden curriculum,the concept of English hidden curriculum resources,characteristics,functions etc.The fourth part is about my research design including the research questionnaire and participates.The fifth part is about the data analysis,which contains the analysis of students' and teachers' research.The final part is bout the conclusion and strategy according to my study results.This study is based on the theory of linguistic environment,the second language acquisition,and the implicit learning theory.By using the method of questionnaire,observation,interview,and investigation of statistical analysis,the investigation of the utilization of English hidden curriculum resources has been carried out according to the research on Henan Experimental High School in city Zhengzhou.This investigation aims at all the students and teachers in the Henan Experimental High School,and 405 questionnaires have been issued in the survey,of which 401 valid questionnaires have been retrieved(valid return rate is 99.01%).In combination with the students' questionnaire,some English teachers and some students were also been interviewed with some related issues.According to the questionnaires and interviews,a statistical analysis has been made to analyze the present situation in the utilization of the English hidden curriculum resources.Then summarized the principles of the utilization of English recessive classes in middle schools and finally puts forward a series of relevant strategies.The innovation of this paper: First of all,this paper aims to fill the blanks of the Zhengzhou's basic education in the research of the hidden curriculum,and then put forward some specific hidden curriculum implementation strategies and related cases.By studying this topic,we can offer reference to the related research and Practice,and enriches and expands the results of the hidden curriculum resources in high school.What's more,the paper can promote the construction of hidden curriculum system.By combined with the hidden curriculum,this paper can push on the process of hidden implementation,and puts forward the whole course and multiple evaluation system of the hidden curriculum.By this study,we believe that the teachers will be able to form an active and positive atmosphere,and pay more attention to the English hidden curriculum to make the hidden curriculum to be a systematic curriculum system.The utilization of English hidden curriculum resources serves to the reform of the new curriculum reform and examination reform and also,the education reform provides new opportunities for the development and utilization of English hidden curriculum resources.
