Research On The Meaning Of New Words' Translation By Shape And Teaching Suggestions In Easy Way To Learn Chinese Characters

The external-oriented teaching of Chinese characters plays an important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This papar starts with the textbook,use many Chinese characters in Easy Way to Learn Chinese Characters as the study objects and put this characters into four categories of pictograms,self-explanatory characters,ideograph and pictophmetic characters.These are all based on the classification in Shuo Wen Jie Zi(????)and Zi Yun(??).After the study of the original meaning of rarely used characters,I find the explanation in the textbook,then classify the explanation into the original meaning,extended meaning and figurative meaning.At last,I put up with some suggestions of the external-oriented teaching of Chinese characters in aspect of the meaning of characters.This paper talks about the meaning of the subject's picking,the statement of researching and the methods of studying;then learning the characters 'original meaning in the textbook and analyze some characters used in the textbook.The last part is some suggestions and a teaching design aimed at Lesson two.This paper studies the original meaning,extended meaning and figurative meaning and this way is not only the deep analysis of character itself,but also for the usage in the external-oriented teaching of Chinese characters.
