A Sociolinguistic Investigation Of The Present Reading Situation Of The Ancient Departing Tone Words In Yiyang Dialect,Hunan Province

In this paper,the present reading situation of the ancient departing tone words of Yiyang dialect is studied,From the perspective of sociolinguistics,various factors that caused the difference in the reading of the ancient departing tone words are discussed,analyzes the causes of the differences in pronunciation of the ancient departing tone words.And on that basis,we predict the development trend of the ancient departing tone words,and put forward our own views on the phenomenon of' departing tone and entering tone have the same tone pitch' in Yiyang dialect.The study is helpful to the understanding of the characteristics of the Xiang language and the understanding of the relationship between the Xiang language and the Southwest mandarin.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the geography,history and dialect of Yiyang,the research contents,objects and methods.An overview of the sociolinguistic research of Chinese dialects and the related studies of Yiyang dialect.The second chapter is the traditional investigation of Yiyang dialect.We briefly introduced phonetic system of Yiyang dialect and its previous investigation into the ancient departing tone words of Yiyang dialect.Based on the investigation method of traditional dialectology,we make a basic investigation on pronunciation situation of the ancient departing tone words.The third chapter is the sociolinguistic survey of the ancient departing tone words.Using the method of sociolinguistics,the paper studies the present reading situation of the ancient departing tone words from the four social factors:urban and rural,age,education and occupation.The fourth chapter is Sociolinguistic analysis of the causes of the differences in the pronunciation of the ancient departing tone words of Yiyang dialect.Using analysis methods of social linguistics,from Southwest mandarin,Changsha dialect,Mandarin and Immigration movement the influence of external forces,to explore the reasons for pronunciation differences of the ancient departing tone words.The fifth chapter is the discussion of the sociolinguistic survey in the present reading situation of the ancient departing tone words of Yiyang dialect.Based on the sociolinguistic survey of the present reading situation of the ancient departing tone words of Yiyang dialect,this paper predicts the development trend of the ancient departing tone words,and discusses the problem of' departing tone and entering tone have the same tone pitch' in Yiyang dialect.The innovation of this paper is to use the sociolinguistic method to carry out a detailed investigation into the present reading situation of the ancient departing tone words of Yiyang dialect,and combine with various factors,discuss the causes of the differences in pronunciation of the ancient departing tone words.This paper argues in the Southwest mandarin,Changsha dialect,Mandarin and Immigration movement the influence of external forces,Yiyang dialect of the ancient departing tone words produced the differences in pronunciation,Urban and rural,age,educational background and occupation are the main factors that influence the differences in pronunciation of the ancient departing tone words.
