A calligraphic history is actually made up of thousands of calligraphy individuals.To some extent,different individuals are the reflection of an era.By combing and analyzing the epitaph of the Yang family in the Sui Dynasty collected by the Qiantang zhizhai Museum,this paper combs the genealogical relationship of the Yang family in the Sui Dynasty from the small to the big,from the outside to the inside,and points out the contribution of Yang's family to the history.Correct insufficient history.On this basis,Yang's epitaph calligraphy was analyzed and studied.Although the Sui Dynasty has only experienced more than 30 years,its contribution to the history of calligraphy has a special significance.Through the study of the epitaph calligraphy of the Yang family in the Sui Dynasty,it is found that the regular script of the Sui Dynasty has reached a high level,especially in the establishment of the "Law".At the same time,the reasons are discussed.Based on the study of the epitaph calligraphy of the Yang family,this paper points out that the calligraphy of the Sui Dynasty not only "followed up the six dynasties,but also opened the three Tang dynasties",and,as far as the epitaph script is concerned,it has established the "Law" which has been attached great importance to by later generations.With a view to the Sui Dynasty calligraphy has a more comprehensive,in-depth understanding.This paper mainly discusses from the following three main aspects:first,it simply combs the relationship between Yang's epitaph and Yang's family's genealogy in the Sui Dynasty and their historical position in Sui Dynasty;the second is the origin and evolution of Yang's family's epitaph calligraphy.The characteristics of the three aspects,combined with the Southern and Northern dynasties,Sui Dynasty,early Tang Dynasty and the same period of the epitaph and books were compared,classified,analyzed,pointed out,The relationship between the evolution and development of the epitaph of the Yang family and the evolution of calligraphy in the Sui Dynasty.Thirdly,combining with the calligraphy theories such as Shi Zhiguo "Xincheng Song",Ouyang Inquiry "36 method" and other calligraphy theories,from the historical background,the concrete measures are taken.In the aspect of calligraphy techniques(brushwork,brushwork,conclusion,etc.),the author analyzes the process of"legalization" of Yang's epitaph and the process of aesthetic development from Tang Kai to "Zhonghe".This paper points out the establishment of the complete law of the regular script in the Sui Dynasty and its influence on the regular script of the Tang Dynasty.
