In the course of English Teaching in higher vocational colleges,the design of English homework is a key link,which is closely related to the improvement of the whole teaching quality and the realization of the teaching effect.At present,the effect of English homework design major in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country is not optimistic,in the design goal,there are single and some defects,not fully aware of the comprehensive development of students' comprehensive quality and diversified intelligent design;the content is too cumbersome,not only to achieve the purpose of teaching,and further intensified the students' Weariness degree,learning pressure increasing,reducing the students' interest in learning English.In this context,it is necessary to reform the English teaching and introduce the theory of multiple intelligence to promote the development of English homework in Higher Vocational Colleges and improve the quality of English teaching.In this study,based on the questionnaire survey and interview as the main research methods,selection of Lanzhou city in Gansu Province,the overall level of English in a higher vocational college in the first grade almost flat in the two classes as the experimental object,the design of the experiment for 4 months;during the experiment,the author adopts the classroom observation method,after the end of the experiment,the author to further understand the application of multiple intelligence theory in Higher Vocational English homework design,take personal interviews were part of the two classes of students do understand,based on the experimental results to give an overall analysis and complement system;before the experiment,the control class and the experimental class had little difference in Comprehensive English language ability,students' English level in almost every The same level,higher vocational English teachers in students' English homework design process still examination oriented education or improve students' examination ability as a starting point,the purpose of the design of positioning in order to improve the students' test scores as the main purpose,and ignore the importance of students' all-round development;at the end of the experiment,comprehensive English application level and ability of the students in the experimental class and the control class gradually widening,thestudents in the experimental class no matter in intelligence or in comprehensive language aspects have been improved.From this point,plays a very important role in the design process of the theory of multiple intelligence in Higher Vocational English homework,in the design of English homework,it is necessary to introduce the theory of multiple intelligence,in order to improve the students' interest in English language and participation,and to improve their comprehensive quality,comprehensive application of language the general ability and promote the all-round development of students,thereby proving the Scientology and validity of the design process of the theory of multiple intelligence in the English homework.The research showed that the experimental design not only enhances the students' learning enthusiasm,improve the English language ability of organization,reduce the pressure of learning,but also to further improve and optimize the students' learning strategies,expand the cultural knowledge and improve their comprehensive language application ability,developed its musical intelligence,spatial intelligence language,intelligence and communication intelligence,improve the comprehensive quality of the students,promote their all-round development,thus providing a good reference for the design of homework in other English teachers.
