Culture is the connotation of tourism,and tourism is the carrier of culture,so that cultural tourism scenic areas are the primary element and support of developing cultural tourism.Tourism is an economic activity as well as a cultural activity,with its status improves in the economic area,tourism becomes more and more obvious to demanding and depending on culture.Accompany with tourism activities,people are touching the pulse of culture,feeling the charm of culture and obtaining the nutrition of culture constantly.The highest level of tourism development is the integration with culture,culture exists in both activities of appreciating cultural landscapes and closing with natural landscapes,that's why we say that culture is the soul of tourism.Coming with the leisure times,the status of tourism has been promoted,tourism resources have been developed greatly because of different local governments regard the tourism industry as a pillar industry or forerunner industry by benefiting from various preference policies for tourism industry,then a lot of cultural scenic areas have been established.Cultural scenic areas are different from natural scenic areas since cultural tourism resources are more reflected in its cultural connotation and historical evolution.Hence,connotation construction should be the center of promoting the attractiveness of cultural scenic area,then extending to build the eternal image and to create theme--basis immersion programs.This paper based on the previous study of cultural tourist scenic area and tourist attractiveness,using the experience economy theory,tourism experience theory,tourism system theory,tourism lifecycle theory and evaluation theory,taking previous papers and research results as references,summing up attractiveness system and model of the cultural tourism scenic,and to explain the evaluation factors used by this paper.The combination of questionnaire survey with data analysis is the main method to do the empirical research of this paper.According to the result of questionnaire survey,we used the software SPSS22.0 to analysis the data based on factor analysis and principle component analysis,then extracting attract-iveness factors,combining with the result of field research and interview,we build a attractiveness model of cultural tourist scenic area.Empirical research indicates that to improve the attractiveness of cultural tourist scenic area from the perspective of tourist experience should taking the tourist experience as a foundation,and taking the cultural development of tourist scenic area as a core.According to the cultural tourist scenic area evaluation model,we should focusing on improving attractiveness factors of basic level and taking the cultural level as a highlights,to strengthen its' features and brands,thus,we may expecting to improve the attracti-veness of Liu Zongyuan Cultural Area observably,then to attract more visitors.
