In the era of experience economy,tourists pay more and more attention to the pursuit,comprehension and experience of culture.As the witness and recorder of human history and memory,cultural heritage scenic spot has gradually become a unique and important tourist attraction,and has gainedmoreandmorefavorandattentionoftouristswhovaluetheexperienceduringthevisit.Angkor Wat scenic spot,located in the outskirts of Siem Reap,Cambodia,has the largest temple buildings in the world,and also the world's first Khmer stylebuildings.With its unique display content-architectural style of Buddhism and Hinduism and profound Khmer culture,it has become one of the mostrepresentativeculturalheritagescenicspotsintheworld.Inthispaper,theauthorfirst readand referredto a largenumberofdomestic and foreign research literature on tourist experience and management mode of scenic spots,especially cultural heritage scenic spots,to understand the current domestic and foreign academic research status of tourist experience and scenic area management,and also to clarify the relevant concepts and theories.Then through many field surveys in Angkor Wat scenic spot,the author summarizes the current management mode of scenic spot in terms of service management,theme classification management,public infrastructure system management,catering and shopping management,and extracts the unique advantages of the scenic spot in management mode,and elaborates it with examples of international cooperation between Angkor Wat and other similar scenic spots.Afterwards,based on the perspective of tourists' experience,the author carried out a questionnaire survey in Angkor Wat scenic spot,made descriptive statistical analysis on the collected data of 240 valid questionnaires,and made paired sample test and IPA analysis on the difference results of tourists' expectation and satisfaction.Then further through the method of in-depth field interviews,the author summarizes the multi perspectives of thestakeholders of thescenicspot,including theforeign tourists and theresidents of thesurrounding communities.After that,the author analyzes and raise the deficiencies and shortcomings of the current management mode of Angkor Wat scenic spot in the aspects of experience products,environment and services,and puts forward improvement and optimization suggestions for the above three aspects.Finally,the author summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the research conclusions,research deficiencies and future prospects.
