Relationship Of Parenting Style,Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy And Carreer Maturity In High School Students

There are many aspects of the development needs of high school students.The ordinary high school should not only help the students to complete the high school and enter the ideal university,but also help the students to understand their own advantages and discipline abilities,do a good job planning,promote the scientific connection between the students' high school and college education,avoid the blindness of the students in the College professional examination,and cultivate the students' career development.Ability to develop.The variable representing the level of career psychological development is called career maturity.One of the important factors closely related to career maturity is students' self-efficacy in career area.Family is the most direct and important environment for individual growth.The characteristics of parental rearing patterns will affect the development of all aspects of the individual.Family is the most direct and important environment for individual growth.The characteristics of parental rearing patterns will affect the development of all aspects of the individual.This study based on students selected in The Affiliated High School of Northwest Normal University,a total of 420 of grade two as samples,three scales with high reliability and validity to measure the psychological status of this study to understand the high school students.To explore the parenting style(PS),high school students' career decision-making 'self-efficacy(CDMSE)and career maturity(CM)of the relationship between,and establish the relation model,At the same time,a comparison was made between the mediating model of father's upbringing and the way of mother's upbringing,and the difference between the mediating role of father's upbringing and the way of mother's upbringing was compared.in order to provide a basis for high school students in career planning education,and further discusses its implications for career education for senior high school students.The results show that CDMSE is positively correlated with CM,and CDMSE can positively predict CM.There is a significant positive correlation between emotional warmth and CM in parental rearing patterns.Parents' emotional warmth can positively predict CM.There is a negative correlation between denial and denial in father's upbringing mode and CM.Father's denial or negate can predict CM negatively.The emotional warmth of parental rearing patterns has a significant positive correlation with CDMSE,and parental emotional warmth can predict CDMSE.There is a significant negative correlation between rejection and denial of parental rearing styles and CDMSE.Parents refusal to deny can negatively predict CDMSE.The mediating effect of CDMSE on parents' emotional warmth and CM is significant,and it is a complete mediator effect.Father's emotional warmth understanding has greater influence on CDMSE than mother's emotional warmth understanding.The indirect influence of father's emotional warmth understanding on CM through CDMSE is greater than mother's emotional warmth understanding.
