Study On The Policy Of Preferential Treatment Of The Communist Party Of China In The Early Days Of New China

Considering about the history of Communist Party of China's special care policy,and This policy since the early years of New China,it has be divided into two period,1949-1953 and1954-1956,representing its establishment,improvement and development.It shows nothing but great concern on this policy from early CPC.This thesis concludes the advantages and disadvantages of this policy,drawing a lesson from it,And bringing a new inspiration now.Through literature research and historical research,the thesis illustrates,the development and improvement of this policy.Since this new century,the CPC proposed the new objectives for building socialist harmonious society and the opinion of social development in which social security system has become a great focus.However,current social security system is far from perfect and there are more concerns on special care system.For instance,there are more problems,such as the lack of care policy for martyr's family,the low pensions of old solider,which had negative effect on people's passion to join the army and social stability.The attention paid by CPC have played an important role in strengthening national defense and social stability which gave us a lot of food for thought.As a result,it is practical to implement special care policy and establish improved social security system.
