"The Ballade Of Glutton" Magazine Photography Design

The title of this graduation project is " The Ballade of Glutton " magazine photo photography design.According to "Treadshealth fashion health" magazine which is focused on theme of "health",it is required that women's privacy and health is the topic in "special column".Based on the concern for mass of gluttons in cities today,this design reveals physical and psychological pathologies of "gluttons" by displaying a series of pictures of their survival status and matching them with copywriting,thus to advocate a healthy concept of life for women in the new era.The first part is demand research report.First of all,in order to accurately grasp "Treadshealth fashion health" magazine's positioning and "special theme" column requirements,through collection and investigation of magazine's previous issues and thematic images,it is found that main topic of concern in this column is topic of women's privacy and health,and image style shows a sense of fashion.Second,in order to accurately understand "gluttons" living state,through investigation of existing medical data and interviews with doctors and patients,it is found that most of patients are not known and understood by public.Then this part goes deep into occurrence of symptoms of field observation records,providing material sources for subsequent establishment of photography concept and picture design.The second part is theoretical research report.In order to find corresponding creative ideas and grasp current living state of "gluttons" with characteristics of privacy,this design draws lessons from private photography theory through study of relevant theories of private photography school.It also focuses on study of main representatives of private photography,photography concepts and performance techniques and sums up creative concept and thinking characteristics of private photography.It is found that desire to observe and express private life from a female perspective plays an important role in guiding design of how to pay attention to and study life state of gluttons.The third part is report of creation process.On the basis of revealing true and objective living state of "gluttons",this part takes real group of patients with bulimia as creation sample,and guided by concept and expression of private photography,photo photography design of magazine entitled " The Ballade of Glutton " is planned.The storyline is based on the repeated "gluttony" behaviors and eight story images are designed: Buy food and return,prepare overeating,savagely unpack,eating ravenously,abdominal distension and paralysis,pull the larynx to makes you vomit,diarrhea and paralysis on toilet,forbidden eating and bound.According to requirements of magazine's photo positioning,it applies fashion expression,designs pictures and organizes personnel to conduct performances,shooting and completing eight photographic works,and according to layout requirements of "special theme" column,they are designed and published in "Treadshealth fashion health" Magazine.Part four is the summary report.With the goal of "glutton" ' s real and objective living state,this creation takes private photography theory as guidance research,through artistic performance way,presents "glutton" 's real life state by picture story.Through dissemination of magazines,we hope to arouse attention of whole society to the health of women,and finally play a certain positive social significance to the rehabilitation of patients with overeating disease..
