The existence of poverty is related to the natural ecological environment,and also related to the social human environment,or the human ecology.The main reason for the poverty of the peasants is the poverty culture.Rural poverty alleviation should be Fu Chi,poor governance should be done.To carry out cultural poverty alleviation and improve the cultural level is the main means of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in rural areas and the elimination of poverty.This paper uses the method of comparative analysis of rural cultural poverty problem in the literature research method,and form the following understanding: the rural cultural poverty alleviation mechanism the mountainous area problems of rural cultural poverty alleviation service system is not perfect,the funds structure imbalance,serious loss of cultural talents,the rural cultural construction is not reasonable.The reasons are as follows: there are some deviations in the concept of cultural poverty alleviation in Guangdong mountainous areas,the long-term mechanism of cultural poverty alleviation has not yet been perfected,the main structure of plural poverty alleviation has not yet formed,the peasants are restricted by traditional culture and low quality,and the cultural poverty alleviation is restricted by natural environment.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: first,determine the main culture of rural poverty alleviation work and strengthen the cultural object,Guangdong poverty alleviation mechanism talent team construction,improve rural grassroots cadres in Guangdong,the quality of management,cultivating the knowledge type cultural talents of Guangdong poverty alleviation.Second,strengthen the support of local government poverty alleviation funds and Poverty Alleviation Policies,including improving the investment mechanism of poverty alleviation funds in Guangdong,and giving play to the social forces in Guangdong to raise cultural poverty alleviation funds.Third,inherit and carry forward the excellent cultural tradition of Guangdong rural areas,develop the rural characteristic cultural industry in Guangdong.Fourth,improve the rural basic cultural facilities in Guangdong,including consolidating the rural public cultural base in Guangdong mountain area,improving the modern media,communication and network facilities in rural areas of Guangdong,strengthening the public media resources,and supporting the construction of rural culture in Guangdong.
