In his book ‘Philosophy of Right',Hegel divides the concept of legal philosophy into three links: abstract law, morality and ethics. In these three links, abstract law and morality are unified in ethics.Ethic itself is divided into three different stages: family, civil society and country.Hegel thinks that in the ethical entity, family, civil society, and state are only internal differences between objective ethical entities. In the end, they are only ethical. The development of the idea itself. After the dissolution of the family, civil society emerged, and civil society is the connection point between the family and the country. From the family to the civil society,it is a loss of ethical spirit. From the civil society to the political state, the ethical spirit is highlighted as a combination. In this relationship,as a civil society connecting the family and the political country,it is not only the common basis of the two,but also plays an intermediary role in the ethical development. It is a necessary stage for both.In Hegel's view,as a civil society that plays a role in the bridge between the home and the country, compared with the state that is at the highest stage of ethical development, the civil society also belongs to the low-level splitting stage of ethics. This low-level stage is low.In the country,it will eventually be discarded by the state. This attitude also led Hegel to adopt the basic concept and thinking of adopting the concept of the state to take a look at the civil society. In Marx's view, the relationship between the political state and the civil society, whether it is the tendency of the political state to solve the problems of the civil society,or the problem of solving the political state based on the civil society, neither of these methods can Fundamentally solve the problem properly.Because,as long as the two are in a state of separation and opposition, people's freedom and liberation cannot be well achieved. Therefore, the analysis and criticism of the two need to go to the common basis of the two, political economy, and this constitutes The reason and basic path of Marx's criticism of Hegel's legal philosophy.Marx pointed out acutely that individuals in the civil society are manifested as opposing lists of each other, and that the political state's control of civil society is necessarily an autocratic tendency. Therefore, only the political state and the civil society are fundamentally criticized. The antagonistic state of the individual, free from the alienation of human beings, moves into a communist society, and the individual's freedom can be truly realized. This article is divided into three parts. The first part mainly analyzes the causes of Marx's criticism of Hegel's legal philosophy from two aspects of theory and reality. The second part specifically discusses the different paths that Marx criticized Hegel's legal philosophy. The third part mainly explains Marx's understanding of the relationship between civil society and political country and the trend of communist ideals and beliefs from three aspects, thus expounding Marx's communist ideal advocated on the basis of criticizing Hegel's legal philosophy.
