In today's China, the vigorous development of the socialist market economy has on the one hand promoted the improvement of people's living standards,on the other hand it has also brought new social problems. In a real society, although a freely competitive market economy prompts some people to get rich first,it also makes individuals a one-sided existence.Under the trend of individuals becoming more and more independent, people gradually fall into the worship of money and wealth.People's adoration of money leads people to be satisfied with material desires,so that they ignore the pursuit of spiritual civilization. Therefore,in the market economy and the real society, people have become one-sided existence.Such a social phenomenon manifests itself as a contradiction between the special existence of people in civil society and the universal existence of people in the country. For this problem, both Marx and Hegel conducted philosophical reflection and discussion. In the book "Principles of Legal Philosophy",Hegel solved this contradiction by discussing the relationship theory between the state and civil society.Based on real people and real lifeitself,Marx realized the criticism of the theory of the relationship between Hegel's state and civil society, and proposed new solutions to this contradiction. Many political practices during the "Rheinland" period caused Marx to doubt Hegel's rational view of the state. In "Criticism of Hegel's Legal Philosophy",Marx criticized Hegel's "Principle of Legal Philosophy" on the relationship between the state and civil society. In "Introduction to " Criticism of Hegel's Legal Philosophy "" and "On the Jewish Issue",Marx further raised the issues of "human liberation" and "human future society".Because of the relationship between Hegel and Marx,on Marx's criticism of Hegel's theory of the relationship between the state and civil society, the concept of state, civil society, and the relationship between Hegel The elaboration becomes the first part of the article. On this basis,by focusing on Marx's many articles in the "Rheinland" and "German-French Yearbook" period,he tried to explain Marx's criticism of Hegel's theory of state and civil society. In this part,I first elaborate on the many problems that Marx encountered in the "Rheinland" and arouse his doubts about Hegel's assertion that "the state determines civil society";The critical content of the theory of the relationship between the state and civil society. On thebasis of Marx's critique of Hegel's theory of the relationship between the state and civil society,Marx's own theory of the relationship between the state and civil society was revealed, and he surpassed Hegel on this issue. Finally, according to Marx's theory of the relationship between the state and civil society, combined with China's specific actual situation, and put forward the enlightenment of Marx's theory of the relationship between state and civil society to the current Chinese society. In short, rethinking the relationship between the state and civil society, especially rethinking Marx's critique of Hegel's theory on the relationship between the state and civil society, will help us to correctly understand and deal with many social issues in China's new era.In theory,it will help us understand the relationship between special interests and general interests, and correctly understand the relationship between socialist countries and society. In reality,it will help us to correctly handle many practical problems in the current stage of the development of a socialist country with Chinese characteristics, thereby promoting the steady development of China's socialist cause.
