The Jiangtun cemetery contains the tombs from the early Western Han Dynasty to the late Eastern Han Dynasty.It not only provides detailed information for the study of the Han tombs in the southern Liaoning region,but also plays an important role in building the sequence frame of the Han Tombs in the Northeastern China.Based on the researches of the form of tombs,funerary objects,cemetery staging studies,this paper analyzed the cultural factors of the cemetery and other related problems.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper identified the sequences divided by the cemetery report,and then,supplemented other 58 unpublished tombs into each stage,so that the whole cemetery materials are completed.Secondly,this paper studied the form of cemetery,and summarized the characters of the time.According to the forms of tombs,combination of the funerary objects,buried place and the change of burial custom,the formation of Jiangtun cemetery could be divided into three stages: the first is West Han Dynasty,all the tombs in this stage are pit burials.On the second stage,which is from Wang Mang period to the early stage of East Han Dynasty,the pit burials are reduced and the bricks-stone-chambered tombs became popular.On the stage of the Middle and Late Period of East Han Dynasty,large burial appeared and the custom of elaborate funeral became popular.Thirdly,this paper analyzed the cultural factor of this cemetery.Based on the researches on the formation of this cemetery,this paper summarized the cultural factor of each stage.That is,the first stage is the co-existing of factors from Northern Area of Shandong Province and the Middle Area of Hebei Province.The second stage consists of cultural factor from the Area of Jingjinji(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei)and local cultural factors.And in the last stage,the local cultural factors took the dominant roles.According to the relevant historical materials,this paper also discussed the causes of Yan culture's absence in Jiang Tun cemetery,explored the cultural spread of Northern Area of Shandong,Middle Area of Hebei,and Jingjinji region,the causes of the changes in the number of burial burials in different periods of the cemetery,and discussed the Han Dynasty's foreign exchange as well.
