The Research On The Interchangeability Characters Of The Inscription Of The Eastern Han Dynasty

In this paper,we take the inscription of the Eastern Han Dynasty as the research materials and exhaustively collects the Interchangeability Characters on the inscriptions of the Eastern Han Dynasty in the Complete Works of the Han Monument,the Collection of the Han Monuments,and the Inscriptions on the Steles of the Han and Wei Dynasties,resulting in undisputed Interchangeability characters,a total of 523 groups.This article will use these Interchangeability Characters as research objects and carry out scientific and in-depth analysis.The full text is divided into six parts.In the first part of the "Introduction",we introduce the research materials and research status of the paper.The research materials mainly introduced the types of inscriptions in the Eastern Han Dynasty.The status quo of the research includes the current status of the research on the interchangeability characters,the research status of the interchangeability characters on synchronic corpora in the Han Dynasty,the status quo of the inscriptions in the Han Dynasty,and research status of inscriptions in Eastern Han Dynasty.The second part briefly introduces the article's research ideas and research methods.In the first chapter“Classification of the Interchangeability Characters on the inscriptions of the Eastern Han Dynasty”,we first briefly explain the criteria for the identification of interchangeability characters and the definition of the original characters and the borrowed characters.Then,the author uses the “Interchangeability characters table of Inscriptions of the Eastern Han Dynasty”arranged previously,to rationally classify interchangeability characters from three aspects such as the character forms,correspondence and phonology,and analyse them in detail.In the second chapter“Some linguistic phenomena reflected by the Interchangeability Characters on inscriptions of the Eastern Han Dynasty”,we reveal some linguistic phenomena reflected in the inscriptions of the Eastern Han Dynasty from the consonant and the rhyme.The consonants consist of labial,lingual,dental,velar sound and laryngal,while the rhymes mainly discuss several types of phonetic alternation,as well as special situations,and formulates phonetic alternation tables of the consonant and the rhyme.The third chapter “Comparative study of Interchangeability Characters in Eastern Han Dynasty with synchronic and diachronic corpora” is the most important part of this paper.We compare the inscriptions of the Eastern Han Dynasty with other linguistic materials from synchronic and diachronic angles,thus revealing the traces of the dynamic changes of the ancient sound and the Han Dynasty's Voice features.In the fourth chapter,we summarize the features of interchangeability characters of the inscriptions of the Eastern Han Dynasty,explores the causes,and points out the significance of studying the interchangeability characters of inscriptions in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
