Research On The Development Of Border Culture In Guangxi

The report of the 19th Party Congress pointed out that culture is the soul of a country and a nation.In the process of the development of the times,the role of cultural construction in the process of socialist modernization and socio-economic development has become increasingly important.Our party has always attached importance to cultural development.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the great prosperity and great development of our country's cultural undertakings,continuously enhance our country's cultural soft power,and highlight cultural construction as a powerful guarantee for realizing the "Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." Since the 18th National Party Congress,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance and the release of new series of national policies has created new opportunities for China's cultural construction.Located in the southwestern border of China,Guangxi is a very special geographical location.It is a minority autonomous region with land and coastline borders.For a long time,Guangxi has made positive contributions to consolidate the frontier,maintain the great solidarity of all ethnic groups,and promote the coordinated development of the country's economy.In the new era,Guangxi's complete completion of the "two completions" target puts forward new requirements for local cultural construction.The construction of a socialist core value system has given new tasks to local cultural construction,and the people's growing spiritual and cultural needs have influenced the culture.The construction has added new expectations and the construction of "One Road,One Zone" has pushed forward to expand new horizons and bring new opportunities for local cultural construction.However,the special geographical location,multi-ethnic border culture,poverty-stricken ethnic minority communities,and the Guangxi-China-Vietnam border areas have become difficulties and priorities in the development of the entire region and even the whole country.The purpose of this study is mainly to proceed from the socialist cultural theory with Chinese characteristics and combine the“One Belt and One Road"strategy-related theories to sort out the historical evolution of cultural development in the border areas of Guangxi,to show the current status of cultural development in the border areas of Guangxi,and to identify existing problems.Analyze the causes of the problems so that they can put forward some practical suggestions and provide some references for the cultural construction in the border areas.This study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance,research contents and methods.The second part is to comb related concepts and theories of cultural construction.The third part mainly introduces the historical evolution and achievements of the border cultural construction in Guangxi.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the border cultural construction in Guangxi.The fifth part mainly proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the cultural construction in the border area of Guangxi.
