Work stress is an important issue of concern in the field of occupational health,it has the negative effect on life satisfaction.Work family balance is a kind of two-way pointer including the negative and positive relationship between work and family.On negative work family balance,work-family conflict is an insoluble conflict for the working needs;family-work conflict is an insoluble conflict for orientated reasons.Thus,negative work family balance also influences life satisfaction.Its important to investigate the relationship among them,so the study is divided into two phases based on JDCS model.(1)The study uses the Chinese vision of Job Stress Survey,Work Family Balance Scale and Satisfaction with Life Scale to discuss the relationship among work stress,work family balance and life satisfaction,and the data are collected from a sample of 330 young employees.The statistical results are analyzed by SPSS21.0,and here are the effects:?Work stress has significant differences in age groups.Negative work family balance has significant difference in sexuality,family situation and unit properties.Positive work family balance in age group,family situation and job title.Life satisfaction has significant differences in age groups,sexuality,family situation,literacy,job title and unit properties.?After controlling age groups,sexuality,family situation,literacy,job title and unit properties.The relationship reflects:Job pressure is obviously passive correlation with life satisfaction.Work-family conflict and family-work conflict are significantly passive correlation with life satisfaction.Work-family facilitation and family-work facilitation are significantly passive correlation with life satisfaction.There are significant correlations among Work-family conflict,family-work conflict and job pressure,lack of organization support,other stressors.?Work-family conflict plays a completely mediating role in the relation between job pressure and life satisfaction.(2)According to the score of life satisfaction,the study defines the last 27%as the group of low life satisfaction,the first 27%as the group of high life satisfaction,and the rest as the group of mid life satisfaction.The study selects the 9 cases to conduct in-depth interviews towards low group,mid group and high group,and there are 3 cases per group.The results indicate that enterprises' young employees have the general character,such as self-improved,mastery,interpersonal communication and so on.And there also exists the differences because of sexes,professions and life experiences.What's more,they also have some common on behavior:Low group's work stress and negative work family balance are higher.High group's work stress and negative work family balance are lower.Therefore,we draw the conclusions:Work-family conflict plays a completely mediating role in the relation between job pressure and life satisfaction;Young employees' life satisfaction is on average level,and if divide work family balance into negative and positive,the research mainly discusses negative work family balance;Enterprises' young employees have the general character,such as self-improved,mastery,interpersonal communication and so on.And there also exists the differences because of sexes,professions and life experiences.
