Exploring Language Features Of Chinese Nurse-patient Relationship Through Interviews:A Discourse Perspective

Based on recorded conversations in well-known hospital of ganzhou which is a city of jiangxi,This article adopts conversational analytical approach in study of structural features and language characteristics in the nurse-patient conversation.we are carried out a comprehensive exploration in the nurse-patient conversation through the empirical method,inductive method,comparison method and other methods.it reveals the processes,nature,characteristics and patterns of the interactive-action.Aiming to relieve the conflict between the patient and the patient,and to make contribution to the establishment of a new type of nursing relationship.Finally we put forward my own reasonable suggestions on how to improve communication skills between nurses and patients.the thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,we summarize some domestic and foreign-related theory about nurse-patient conversations,using the theory and method to explain the significance and purpose of the study this article,some symbols and research methods used in the collection and transfer of corpus.Describes the difference between a doctor-patient conversation and a nurse-patient conversation.The second chapter,we mainly discuss the structure characteristics of the nurse-patient conversation from the characteristics of turn-taking and adjacency pairs.First of all,it makes specific explanation on that constituting of the turn-taking in the nurse-patient conversation.secondly It also analyze that overall sequence structure of the session through the corpus,in the end,we talked about the main type of adjacency pairs in the nurse-patient conversation.The third chapter,From the point of view of the language characteristics of the conversation analysis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the interruption,restatement and the correction.First,we categorize the interruption,restatement and the correction and then describe and summarize the characteristics and influence of these conversational characteristics in the communication.The fourth chapter is the conclusion part of the full article.on the one hand,the contents of this paper are summarized,through the analysis and research of conversational corpus,we discuss unique characteristics of the nurse-patient conversation.On the another hand,this article als had many problems need to be solved.
