The 21 st century is a period of rapid economic development and a period of mutual dependence of various nationalities on common development.English as an international language,master it has become a basic requirement for people in the 21 st century,but also the necessary conditions for the world's scientific,technological progress,economic development and cultural exchanges between countries.Primary school is the key period of learning English,so this stage of English teaching has gradually received the attention of the state,school,family and other aspects.At present,the game plays an active role in improving the effectiveness of English teaching in primary schools,The game brings the happy to the small student,causes them to be willing to take the initiative to participate in the English study.however,in the actual teaching,the game application has met a series of problems.How to improve the effectiveness of game utilization and solve the problems appearing in the game application process has become an important task for society,school and family.Therefore,it is an important and urgent task for primary school teachers.In order to make the study more objective,this study took a sample survey of 3-6 students from six classes in Xinxiang X Primary School,and a total of 300 students were surveyed.The author also interviewed 8 English teachers in the form of individual interviews and group interviews,and combined their own teaching experience.To study the factors that affect game utilization,to improve the efficiency of game utilization and to propose strategies for solving problems.This study starts with the application of games in primary school English,taking Xinxiang x Primary School as an example,referring to predecessors research results,combining with own teaching experience,using interview method,questionnaire survey method,and literature research method to sum up the game application in the students love of game,game application situation,Students ' participation and the effectiveness of game utilization.The survey found that the game in primary school English use of game flow in the surface,the form of a single,student participation is narrower,poor classroom discipline and so on.Through the analysis of the above problems,it is found that the reasons for the problem are as follows: Short game time,inadequate game materials preparation,teacher's classroom organizational ability is poor,teacher burden,game development of teaching aids,students have individual differences.According to the investigation result analysis and the reason summary,unifies the elementary school student's actual situation,proposed the following countermeasure: The easonable design game,strengthens the teacher to the classroom overall control,the training teacher's innovation consciousness,encourages the student full participation and so on.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for teaching workers to understand the game and use the game,improve the strategy of game application,improve the efficiency of game utilization and solve the problems in the game application.
