Turnover is a kind of negative behavior that employees lose expectation in the organization system.Turnover intention is the psychological state before the turnover behavior occurs.The new generation employees is a special group,which is different from other groups in the attitude and behavior of the treatment of the work.The research takes the new generation of employees as research object,and explores the relationship between psychological contract breach and turnover intention,and provides references and suggestions for managers to improve management level.Based on social exchange theory,organizational identity as a mediator variable and insider identification perception as moderator variable are used to test the effect of psychological contract breach on turnover intention of new generation employees.The data of 218 employees were sampled by the convenient sampling method,and AMOS21.0 and SPSS20.0 were used to test the data.The results show that:(1)the psychological contract breach related to turnover intention positively and it has good predictive effects on turnover behavior;(2)the psychological contract breach related to organizational identity negatively and the latter plays a part intermediary role between psychological contract breach and turnover intention;(3)internal identity perception plays a negative regulatory role in the psychological contract breach and turnover intention,the staff's internal identity perception is higher,the psychological contract breach influence on the turnover intention is smaller;on the contrary,the former is lower,the latter has the greater impact on turnover intention.To some extent,this study reveals the internal mechanism of the new generation of employees' psychological contract breach affects the turnover intention,and confirms the intermediary role of organizational identity between the both.This study not only proves that the psychological contract breach of new generation employees will lead to a decrease in organizational identity and induce turnover behavior,which enriches the research on the perspective of psychological contract breach.The moderating effect of insider identification on psychological contract breach and turnover intention is to inspire managers to build harmonious emloyees relationship and provide more care,encouragement and support to employees,so as to enhance employees' perception of insider status.
