The frequent mobility of knowledgeable employees not only means the loss of talents and the increase of human costs for enterprises,but also may result in leakage of technology and business secrets.Psychological contract is subjective and dynamic.It is formed when employees enter the company and changes as their understanding deepens.A good psychological contract can enhance each other’s psychological ties and reduce the turnover rate.In-depth understanding of the psychological contract of knowledgeable employees can help companies find strategies for retaining talent.This paper studies the psychological contract of A company’s knowledgeable employees.Based on the review of a large number of documents and existing resignation models,this paper proposes the research model and hypothesis.In this study,questionnaires were used to collect relevant data of A company’s knowledgeable employees and conduct empirical research.Based on the theory of psychological contract,this study introduces organizational commitment and job satisfaction as intermediary variables.Research indicates: A company knowledgeable employees have a higher resignation tendency;There are a significant positive correlation between psychological contract and job satisfaction and organizational commitment;Job satisfaction and the commitment of the industrial organization are significantly negatively correlated with resignation intention;The demographic variables of A company knowledgeable employee in the company have an impact on this part of the study.Combining the above conclusions,the author proposes countermeasures from five perspectives for A company reducing employee turnover: Psychological Contract,Corporate culture;Remuneration & Welfare,Training system.
