| Construction enterprise is an important industry to shape the image of a country or region.At present,the flow of employees in China’s construction enterprises is increasing year by year,and organizational justice and psychological contract have a certain effect on employee turnover intention.The unfair problem in the organization leads to the weakening of employees’ psychological contract and then the tendency of turnover.Due to the different categories of posts in China construction enterprise employees there are obvious differences in the nature of work,work environment and other aspects,so the research of construction enterprises based on the different post staff organizational justice,psychological contract and turnover intention are studied and analyzed,in order to promote the construction of employee psychological contract,reduce employee turnover intention to provide theory and practice base.The research in recent years through combing the domestic and foreign scholars on organizational justice,psychological contract and turnover intention of research,to the construction enterprise employees as research object,access to relevant data and to design the questionnaire,and used SPSS21.0 to analyze the data,draw the following conclusions: gender,age,marriage,education etc.the demographic variables on the influence of organizational justice,employee psychological contract and turnover intention exist differences;psychological contract plays a mediating role between distributive justice and turnover intention,in which the management position of staff and operation staff fully mediated;psychological contract plays a mediating role between procedural justice and turnover intention,and play part of the intermediary role and in three categories of posts;the psychological contract plays a mediating role between interactive justice and turnover intention,and There are some mediating roles in all three post categories. |
