Most of the time, basic trust can be established between people, but the cycle of disruption and restoration of trust will continue to occur during the interaction.Group identity and degree of violation play an important role in this process. The social judgment theory believes that there is an acceptable range of behaviors when trust is violated by the in-group members. However, other researchers suggest that when in-group members exceed the individual's acceptable range, the individual's attitude toward the in-group members will become more negative than the out-group members. While the level of trust is constantly changing with age,The first grade is the transitional stage from primary school to middle school,it's level of trust may be significantly different from that of college students.Since the social contacts in the first grade gradually favor the peers, the college students gradually become independent, and the two stages of the group consciousness and the dynamic process of trust may be also having differences,So This study used the trust game to explore the impact of group identity and degree of violation on the disruption and restoration of trust between first grade and college students, and the different process between first grade and college students. The study contained two experiments:In Experiment 1,73 college Students were tested and 65 first grade were tested. This experiment has a between-group design. The independent variable is the degree of violation 2(heavy,mild)× age level 2(first grade students, college students). The dependent variables are the average amount of investment in establishment and disruption of trust. The control variable are the level of the participants'general trust. As a result,it was found that There is no significant difference in the level of comprehensive trust between the first grade and college students;the first grade and college students's trust breaked after heavy violated, but not break after light violated. In experiment two, there were 30 first grade students and 36 college Students. This experiment is a two-factor mixed design. The independent variable is the group identity 2(in-group members,out-group members)x Age level 2(first grade students, college students),where age is the between-group variable, group identity is the within-group variable. The dependent variable are the average investment amount in each phase of trust in the three phases, and the degree of trust restoration, and the speed of trust restoration. The results showed that There was no significant difference in the level of comprehensive trust and group awareness between the first grade and the college students,But behind severe violations,First grade's degree of trust restoration to in-group members was better than college students, and there was no difference in the degree of trust restoration to out-group members between first grade and college students;Behind the severe violations, compared with in-group members, the speed of trust restoration of college students to out-group is more faster, and there is no difference in the first grade students's speed of trust restoration between in-group and out-group members;Compared with the first grade students, the college students experienced a stronger sense of betrayal and anger toward the members of the group; The college students sense of betrayal and anger toward members of the group was significantly higher than that of the group.According to the experimental results and analysis, the following conclusions are drawned:1.When trust is violated to a severe degree, trust between First grade and College Students will break.2.There was no significant difference in the level of comprehensive trust and group awareness between the first grade and the college students, but behind the severe violations, compared with College Students, the First grade people's trust repair degree to in-group is better repaired, and there is no difference in the trust repair degree to out-group members;Behind the severe violations, the speed of trust repair of College Students to in-group is slower than out-group members, and there is no difference in the First grade and College Students's speed of trust repair to in-group and out-group members.3?Compared with the first grade students, the college students experienced a stronger sense of betrayal and anger toward the members of the group. The college students sense of betrayal and anger toward members of the group was significantly higher than that of the group.
