This thesis uses class observation tools to conduct Business Chinese classroom research,and summarizes the characteristics and rules of Business Chinese classroom teaching.The first part expounds the reasons and significance of this topic,and sorts out the related research literature.The second part explains the research design,research purpose,research object selection,research methods and tools.A teacher with extensive teaching experience teaching Business Chinese and her advanced Business Chinese courses were selected as research subjects.A recording of a full semesters Business Chinese class was collected as a research corpus.According to research needs,some of the recordings have been transcribed.Questionnaires were also sent out to survey students' conditions and their perception of the curriculum as an aid to classroom observation.The third part conducts a detailed study of the collected corpus.A relatively mature classroom observation tool was used to statistically analyze text corpora,summarize the characteristics of the teacher's output and of the teacher-student interactions.Due to the technicality and preciseness of Business Chinese vocabulary,a series of discussions were conducted on the characteristics of Business Chinese vocabulary teaching.A classification study of the types of Business Chinese classroom teaching has been conducted,and attempts have been made to summarize the characteristics of Business Chinese cultural classroom teaching.The fourth part summarizes the research and puts forward the problems and deficiencies.
