The study of legal language as a focus of Chinese language studies began as early as the Qin and Han dynasties.Until the 1980 s,after the founding of Chinese legal linguistics,the research results on the legal vocabulary in the study of Chinese legal languages continued to emerge,and the legal vocabulary studies had also become more fragmented and less explicit.Most of the existing legal vocabulary research results are based on the legal vocabulary in the definitive generation books as a source of corpus and analysis.This promotes the development of Chinese legal vocabulary to a certain degree,but it rarely occurs on the basis of a dictionary.Correspondence is the result of a comprehensive decipherment vocabulary study.One of the major problems in the research of Chinese legal vocabulary based on the basic textbooks is that the corpus received is not extensive enough to fully reflect the semantic changes in the development of legal vocabulary.The corpus stored by the dictionary is much richer in terms of vocabulary than the monograph,which is conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of the search for legal vocabulary and the use of dictionaries as the basis for corpus.It is imperative to conduct research on deciphering words.Social turmoil and disputes between the wars and the Wei and Jin periods required the rulers to have a strong legal system to maintain social stability.As an important part of the law,the judiciary is particularly important during this period,because the judiciary is one of the most important steps in punishing those who commit crimes.During this period,major changes have taken place in the fields of law,politics,economy,and culture.As the most sensitive element of language,words and phrases will surely be recorded according to law.New meanings and new words of legal significance will surely emerge in large numbers.It can better demonstrate the basic aspects of the law of the Wei and Jin period.From the perspective of words and expressions,it is feasible to explore the appearance and characteristics of the Wei and Jin legal vocabulary,and the evolution and changes of the legal system.Based on this,this article uses the “The Great Chinese Dictionary ” as the basic corpus and establishes a corpus of legal words during the Wei and Jin Dynasties.It objectively summarizes and describes the Wei and Jin legal new words in the “The Great Chinese Dictionary ”,especially the new judicial words.The interpretation of the "The Great ChineseDictionary " and the documentary proofs are classified and summarized,and the new judicial words under the same semantic field are grouped together to discriminate the synonymms of justice in the Wei and Jin period.Analyzing the new justice synonymm under the same semantic field helps us to better grasp the subtle differences.At this point,it can be clear that the object of this study is the new Wei Jin judicial term.This is because the Wei Jin judicial novels have the characteristics of Wei Jin era,and they can best reflect the development of judicial and judicial words and phrases in the Wei Jin period.In addition,this article focuses on the
