For the junior school students,who in the special time of physical and psychological development.Academic performance is good or bad will affect their self-esteem,interpersonal relationship etc,which make it become an important factor on mental health of students.Faced the challenges brought by the high quality requirements,the expectation from all parties can cause certain pressure on students' psychology.Of course,moderate pressure can promote the students' learning motivation,obtain more excellent academic performance,but due to the difference in individual characteristics,psychological enduring capacity and anti-pressure ability also different.Therefore,how to improve students' mental flexibility to better adapt to the heavy learning task to get a better academic performance it is very important.As is known to all,the students' attention and used for storage and processing of working memory is the foundation of students get excellent grades.In the process of learning,attention stability can help students reduce the working memory that disturbed by other resources in limited time.In recent years,mindfulness in a no invasive,no side effect method into the public horizon,reducing the negative mood,strengthening the positive emotion,and maintaining the attention in some researches,which have achived a lot of positive and significant effects.In this study,mindfulness was measured as a trait level.First,to investigate the relations between the level of mindfulness,concentration,and working memory,and test attention as the mediating effect of mindfulness on working memory,then development the research of mechanism between mindfulness,concentration and working memory.Secondly,to explore the effect of mindfulness level on attention and working memory performance under stressful situations: explore the difference between the low and high mindfulness level group that under the same condition and the low and high mindfulness level group that under the different pressure condition on attention and working memory.Through the mindfulness to help junior school students facing pressure more actively,and get better academic performance with positive practical significance.This study take the cluster sampling for a junior school to give out questionnaires and accept a Non-pressure situation of attention and working memory test in Heilongjiang province,depending on the mindfulness scores to divided the high level of mindfulness group(the top 27%)and low level of mindfulness group(the end 27%)to attend the following experiments,common to accept a single pressure situation and dual situation of attention and working memory test.The questionnaire was based on the ?Five Facets Mindfulness Questionnaire? and and the experiment use the paper version of the digital cancellation test(two edition),visual graphics and working memory test.T-test(two edition),variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were all used in this study.(1)There is a correlation between mindfulness,attention and working memory.(2)Mindfulness has a positive predictive effect on attention and working memory.Junior school students with high levels of mindfulness scored higher on attention and working memory than students with low levels of mindfulness.(3)There is a partial mediation effect between mindfulness and working memory.(4)The attention and working memory scores of junior middle school students with high and low levels of mindfulness have significant difference sunder the same pressure situation(non-pressure,single pressure and double pressure situation).(5)With the increase of stress strength,the high level of mindfulness groups than the low level of mindfulness are better able to cope with stress,low level of mindfulness group with the increase of pressure,the attention and working memory scores significantly decline;With the increase of stress intensity on high mindfulness level group,there was no significant difference in working memory performance and the attention performance was higher in single pressure situation than in other situations.
