Since the 1970 s,with the development of capitalist society, the logic of capital's own expansion has rapidly developed and spread rapidly through the forms of electronic information technology, news media and self-media,and has penetrated into the daily life of the people. The boundary between the country and the nation has been broken, causing the revolutionary consciousness of the working class to slowly dilute and toward self-dividing.This is a major obstacle to the development of the socialist cause. This paper shows that the background of the era promotes the birth of post-Marxism through modern social capitalism's changes in the dominant style of the people, the difficulties in the development of the socialist movement, the dilution of the workers' class consciousness, and the rise of the new social movement. After studying the ideas of Gramsci,Althusser,Lacan,Foucault and Derrida to illustrate the influence of traditional Marxist thoughts on the formation of post-Marxist thoughts,it proves that post-Marxism is an inheritance and redevelopment of traditional Marxism. The concept of hegemony is the key to the post-Marxism thought that brings the traditional marxist thought to the modern social significance. After analyzing the concept of hegemony concept,it is illustrated that the discourse hegemony of Laclau and Mouffe is different from Gramsci's ideological hegemony theory. The hegemony of Laclau and Mouffe provides a new strategy for solving the dilemma of the socialist movement. In this paper,we get their post-Marxism hegemony theory after analyzing the Hegemony and Socialist Strategy of Laclau and Mouffe, and shows the latitude of post-Marxism,then the content and realistic meaning of their hegemony theory are explained in detail.
