Ouyang Xiu(1007–1072)is an important writer of the Song Dynasty.His prose has a high status in the literary world of the Song Dynasty and the whole history of Chinese literature.There are 479 articles,accounting for a quarter of his total prose creations.Based on the previous generations of learning,Ouyang Xiu's prefaces and postscripts had new developments and formed their own characteristics.Therefore,it becomes the representative of the prefaces and postscripts of the Song Dynasty and has a profound influence on the prefaces and postscripts of future generations.In this paper,the preface and postscript style in Ouyang Xiu's prose is the research object.Through the analysis of the contents of the preamble text,the author summarizes the changes of the creative thought and style of Ouyang Xiu.This article mainly has the following parts.The introduction part mainly summarizes the current research status of Ouyang Xiu's prose and the significance of the study and the basic situation of the epilogue.Ouyang Xiu created a large number of prefaces and postscripts,among which there appeared a new type of preface and postscript-word order,which promoted the development of preface and postscript style.He promoted the book order to prosperous,and his nearly 400 inscriptions in the Postface of Collection of Inscriptions on the End were known as representatives of the Song Dynasty academic literature.The first chapter analyzes the situation of Ouyang Xiu's creation.This article reviews the version of Ouyang Xiu wenji's version and the situation of his creation and preface,and categorizes the sequence and the subject matter.The second chapter analyzes Ouyang Xiu prescript from the time and space dimension,and focuses on showing his preference for some preamble and the change of writing thought at various stages.Prior to the five years,Ouyang Xiu was focused on writing and giving preface.During the five years and the first year of the year,Ouyang Xiu's shu preface was composed mainly of anthology.In these anthologies,Ouyang Xiu's literary creation thoughts are reflected.By the time of the first year and the fourth year,Ouyang Xiu's had reached the peak of his creation,and completed more than 400 writings in the Postface of Collection of Inscriptions on the End.During the four years and the five-year period,Ouyang Xiu has entered the twilight years,he was focused on shu and poetry and prose preface,the recollection of the writing is mostly.The third chapter elaborates on the concept of imperial examination embodied in OuyangXiu.OuyangXiu expressed his attitude towards the imperial examination in his order.It is mainly embodied in three aspects: dissatisfaction with the admission criteria of imperial examination,reflection on the time and expectation of ancient prose writing,as well as the philosophical attitude towards the examination.
