Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Animation Professional Training In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,under the support of national policies,the Chinese vocational schools have opened animation major and increased enrollment in order to adapt to the rapid development of new animation industry.Animation specialty education present situation in the current secondary vocational school,however,such as students and teachers with situation,employment status and professional school "teaching" and "learning" level,and there are obvious animation industry demand and even is a big gap,so the animation talents growing scarcity and outdated technology and other issues.This kind of phenomenon,cause of the development of secondary vocational schools anime professional talents with cartoon industry talent demand fiacture,the serious influence the animation market talents loss,also has restricted the development of animation industry in our country.Based on this,the author analyzes the current situation of education in the animation major of Chinese vocational school,and explores the existing problems and causes,and puts forward individual solutions for solving problems.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,expounds the purpose and significance of the study,analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign research,and Outlines the research ideas and methods.The second part analyzes the main concepts involved in this research and explains the relationship and relationship between education and animation industry.The third part from the academic education and the needs of the industry such as sipply and demand statrus,analysis of the current situation of secondary vocational schools anime professional education and industry needed talent quality structure,discusses the issues of secondary animation professional talent training.The fourth part,based on the previous analysis,puts forward the countermeasures of changing the present situation:first,the development of the skilled and innovative faculty,changing the education concept;The second is to realize learning and training,and expand the employment status of students.Third,cultivate students' innovative consciousness and advocate original works.The last part is the conclusion of the whole thesis,and summarizes the research of this topic.
