A Linguistic Analysis Of The Historical Strata Of Strange Tales Of Liao Zhai

This paper analyzes the historical level of the language composition in Strange Tales of Liao-Zhai,and aiming at analyzing the historical level of the language composition in the Liao Zhai through the study of the cases,and try to explain the using tend of the language component of the author.Chapter 1 is an introduction.It mainly introduces the history of study in Liao Zhai,the general situation of the historical research of the language composition,and the research objects,materials and methods of this paper.Chapter 2 is the case study.For each case,first of all,screen out all the use cases in the Liao Zhai one by one,and remove the invalid sentence,then classification every object according to its meaning item(or morpheme)and syntax function in the sentence;secondly,statistics separately according to the dialogue and narrative;again,determine the beginning of the period of each meaning or usage,and giving some examples;Finally,integratehing the analysis of the contents of the case,drawing the results and descripting.Chapter 3 is summary and deficiency.It is divided into three parts,the first part is the summary of the research results,the second part is the analysis and explanation of the research results,the third part is reflectting the shortcomings of this study and point out the possible research direction for the later researchers,the forth part is the point of innovation of this thesis.
