Under the background of the new era of our country,the psychological problems of university students are worthy of the attention of the society and the school.The life event is the external stimulation which causes the college student mood maladjusted,affect their mental health.The psychological resilience is one kind of characteristic ability which impels the individual to return to the good condition.Emotion regulation and psychological resilience are important internal psychological capitals of university students,may affect the university student's mental health level directly or through the intermediary.Objective: to analyze the general status of life events,emotion regulation,psychological resilience and mental health of university students and whether there are differences in demographic variables,constructs the relationship model between life events,emotion regulation,psychological resilience and mental health,to explore the role of different emotion regulation strategies and psychological resilience in life events and mental health.600 university students from 6 colleges and universities in Qinghai province were randomly selected as the objects of study,using Adolescent self-rating life events check-list(ASLEC),emotion regulation scale(ERS),resilience scale(RS)and symptom check list-90(SCL-90)to carry out psychological test.Using EpiData3.1,SPSS22.0,Amos22.0 to carry out data entry,analysis,model test,the results were obtained.After the analysis and discussion,we can draw the following conclusions and enlightenment:(1)University students' learning stress,interpersonal relationship,health and adaptation issues are the negative life events that deserve the attention of psychological researchers.During emotion regulation,university students use cognitive reappraisal strategy more than expression suppression.University students' psychological resilience level is relatively weak,mental health level is relatively low,need to arouse attention.(2)With the development of the Times,the overall state of mental health of university students changes,it is urgent to establish a new national norm of normal and university students.(3)Cognitive reappraisal and psychological resilience play a chain mediating role between life events and mental health,the expression suppression and psychological resilience play a chain mediating role between learning pressure and somatization,and psychological resilience has the maximum mediating effect rate.(4)Psychological resilience is an important factor that affects the mental health level of college students,the mental health education of university students should pay attention to cultivate their psychological resilience,and promote the ABC theory of Rational emotion therapy,encourage undergraduates to use the cognitive reappraisal strategy.(5)Expression suppression is not only the mediating variable between learning pressure and psychological resilience,but also the moderator variable between learning pressure and psychological resilience.
