Research On The Evolution And Influence Factors Of Liu Shengji's Pottery Style In Shiwan

Shiwan art pottery sculptures produced in Shiwan town of Foshan city in South China,is an excellent representative of arts and crafts in the Lingnan area,but also an important part of Chinese sculpture.Shiwan pottery began in the Tang and Song dynast ies and developed in Ming and Qing periods.Shiwan pottery sculptures have rich themes,to depict a vivid image and manner in a realism way,to inherit celadon system for glazes,to imitate all the works of famous kilns in the song dynasty,to perform the colorful expression.Shiwan pottery sculptures technique is inherited with family in priority represented by Liu Shengji family.Pottery sculptures of Liu Shengji family are from micro pottery sculptures mainly characterized by people to high artistic value of artworks.The members of the Liu Shengji family created a variety of works of pottery and sculpture to adapt to the spirit of the times.This paper focuses on the research of the development and evolution of the pottery sculptures in the style of Liu Shengji family,shows social background of pottery sculptures in the style of Liu Shengji family,systematically teases out development vein of the style evolution of the pottery sculptures of the Liu Shengji family.The paper analyzes the formative and evolution factors and existed problems of the pottery sculptures style of Liu Shengji family in multiple perspectives and gives the suggestions for the solutions.
