Study On Pottery Sculpture Of Animals In Huaning Kiln In Yunnan Province

Huaning pottery has a long history and culture.Its workmanship is exquisite and its glaze color is rich."The animal pottery sculpture of Huaning kiln" is an important component of Huaning pottery.It is a visible and tactile three-dimensional animal pottery sculpture made by taking animals as the prototype,animals as the molding object,animals as the creative elements,using Huaning pottery clay and other materials,and firing in the kiln after a number of processes such as blank making,shaping,hollowing out,stacking,carving,glazing and so on.Most of these animal pottery sculpture figures come from the imitation and creation of real animals in real life.They are closely related to the production and life of Huaning people and have unique production skills and aesthetic characteristics.The production of animal pottery sculpture in Huaning kiln is mostly concentrated in three periods,namely Qing dynasty,late Qing dynasty,early Republic of China and contemporary era,of which Qing dynasty and contemporary animal pottery sculpture are typical.Qing Dynasty animal pottery sculpture has a small shape,vivid details,rich glaze colors and a simple and pure realistic style.The contemporary animal pottery sculpture is characterized by its small size,its emphasis on the local expression and refinement of animals,its emphasis on the movement and inner charm of animals,and its free and simple artistic style.First of all,through literature retrieval,field investigation,case study,statistical analysis,interdisciplinary research and other methods,this paper has carried out detailed,in-depth and systematic analysis and research on the subject matter and classification of animal pottery sculpture in Huaning kiln.Secondly,by comparing,subdividing and combing the making techniques of animal pottery sculpture in Huaning kiln,a relatively systematic procedure and mode of creating and making animal pottery sculpture in Huaning kiln are summarized.Thirdly,the modeling and aesthetic features of animal pottery sculpture in Huaning kiln are analyzed and summarized,and its technological creation ideas and cultural implications are further combed.Finally,through the comparative analysis with typical animal pottery sculptures in Yunnan province and abroad,the sustainable development path of animal pottery sculptures in huaning kiln in the perspective of non-heritage is obtained.At present,the production technology of animal pottery sculpture in Huaning kiln is not complete,its artistic value still needs to be improved,and its development dilemma still needs to be continuously broken through.This article holds that animal pottery sculpture in Huaning kiln is an important part of Huaning folk culture and must be protected and inherited in the process of its development.The most effective method is to let the folk animal pottery sculpture return to the folk,encourage the participation of the whole people,mobilize the protection of the whole people,and use the folk power to protect and inherit the folk pottery art.
