The children's poetry teaching materials,which is exclusively used in the ancient enlightenment poetry education.The “Three Hundred Tang Poems” is the most representative textbook for children's poetry education in the Qing Dynasty.In recent years,there are many studies on the “Three Hundred Tang Poems”,however the features of children's poetry education has been seldom observed.From the perspective of the ancient enlightenment poetry educational materials,this article will investigate the compiling background,and compare with other anthologies,to discuss the uniqueness and the era value of “Three Hundred Tang Poems”.The paper is composed by three chapters.The first chapter mainly studies the compile background of “Three Hundred Tang Poems”.Firstly,the controversy of poetics in the Ming Dynasty began to merge in the Qing Dynasty,and in the period of Qianlong,represented by Shen Deqian,the fusion was basically realized.Secondly,in order to maintain the rule of the Qing Dynasty,the rules vigorously implement the poetry education,and carry out the tenderness of gentle peace.At length,the development of children's education system in Qing Dynasty and Tang Poetry Anthology has been fully mature,but the imperial examinations promoted the popularization of Tang Poetry Anthology.From those,” Three Hundred Tang Poems” emerged as the times require.The second chapter mainly focuses on the feature of “Three Hundred Tang Poems”,which is been used in the ancient enlightenment poetry education.One,” Three Hundred Tang Poems” specially compiled for the primary school children,it is more likely to be accepted than “an Anthology of Tang Poems” and” the Combination of Ancient and Tang Poems”.Second,the educational purpose,the selection standard and the arrangement structure of “Three Hundred Tang Poems”,all of them are suitable for children's learning characteristics,it is more standard than “a Thousand Poems”.The third chapter focuses on the influence on the enlightenment education in the Qing Dynasty.In the middle and late Qing Dynasty,there are many commentary and continued anthology for “Three Hundred Tang Poems”,even the other similar anthology.Those anthology also designed for beginners,they pushed the development of enlightening anthology to a new high.In addition,combining the strong acceptability of the enlightenment education,” Three Hundred Tang Poems” and the other anthology also promoted the popularization of poetry education in the Qing Dynasty.In conclusion,the main points will be summarized,and make comments on the era value of Three Hundred Poems.
