Decision maker's preference usually related to the representation of a certain event in different decision making scenarios.Since more than one frequency formats can be used to represent probability and this may cause different preferences in decision making tasks. When there is a change in the probability which the frequency format represents, decision makers may have distinctive preferences. The winning or losing condition may also have an impact on the preference of decision makers. This study tends to investigate the influence of probability and condition on preference of different frequency formats under certain probability. In research 1,results show that decision makers tend to chose big numbers at a low probability but small ones at high in winning condition, while they prefer to choose big numbers in all losing conditions. In research 2,we conducted the winning and losing condition in the paradigm of the game of chance, and Study 2 replicated the result of Study 1,but in a pure probability condition without specific scenario. In research 3,we used almost identical questionnaire of research 2 to test the preference of individuals, plus,we give a 7-point likert scale to measure the focus degree of the three focuses in the process, and testified the white ball focus as the mediator of the probability's impact on the preference of big numbers, and the condition of winning and losing played a salient role in moderating effect in the process. This result consists with the CEST and gives a clue of psychological mechanism.
