Analysis Of Urban Rights From The Perspective Of Marxist Philosophy

The article starts from the Marxist philosophy on the free and comprehensive development of human beings.It first discusses the universal connotation of urban rights and points out that urban rights is a basic right of existence and development for modern subjects.Second,the dissimilation phenomenon of urban space under the capitalist system and the harm to the urban subject caused by the lack of urban rights are analyzed.Finally,in the domain of Marxist philosophy,actively seek ways to realize urban rights,it is pointed out that urban development must return urban rights to the urban subject-the person itself.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part of the article discusses the essential connotation of urban rights based on the multi-perspectives of Western scholars' ideological connotation of urban rights.It points out that urban rights are the concrete unity of economic rights,political rights,cultural rights,and social rights of urban subjects.The realization of urban rights directly influences the shaping of people's values,aesthetics,and sense of belonging in cities.The reality determines the individual's,the overall development of the group and the stable development of the city itself.It shows that the study of the idea of urban rights has important Marxist theoretical significance and time significance.The second part of the article analyzes the new means of capitalist deprivation of the main city's rights through urban space under capitalism.Under the revolution of the capitalist mode of production,the “humanity” of urban space has been swallowed up by the “profit-seeking nature” of capitalists.In this process,the rights of the city were deprived,the subjectivity of the people was lost,the owner's identity was submerged,the development of the city was an alienation of the human concept,and eventually the relationship between man and man and man and the outside world was alienated.The third part of the article mainly explores practical ways of urban rights.The realization of urban rights is an important guarantee for the main body to safeguard dignity and create the value of life.Therefore,we must,through the promotion of collective action by the public and the restriction of power organizations,allow the urban subject to truly grasp the right to manage and determine the development of the city and return to the humanistic nature of urban space.At the same time,we must learn lessons from the serious lack of urban rights caused by inequality of capitalist urban space development.Combining with the problems that have emerged in the development of cities since China's reform and opening up,we advocated starting from all levels of economy,politics,and culture to effectively protect the general public's city rights and providing good theoretical and practical guidance for the development of urbanization in China.Using the basic theory of Marxist philosophy,the dissertation puts forward the principle of return and the realization of the rights of modern urban subject cities through the discussion of the substantive connotation and dissimilation characterization of urban rights.It is pointed out that the only purpose of human beings is the ideological purpose of the purpose of urban development and fully demonstrates the humanistic nature of Marxist social development.
