The History Of Workmen In The Background Of Shanxi Archaeology

The development of archaeology can not independent from the field excavation,which advantages the emergence,development and even expansion of the archaeological workmen who mainly work in the frontline of the excavation.This paper combines the production and development of archaeologists with the development of Archaeology in Shanxi.Through the continuous development of archaeological work in Shanxi,it reflects the important role of the workmen in the whole process of the development.The development of archaeological technicians in Shanxi is divided into three stages: the appearance(-1978),the emergence and development period(1978-2000),the transition and development period(2000-).These three stages of development show the significance of Shanxi archaeological workmen in the development of archaeology,and also reflect the gradual process of archaeological work from the exploration period to the flourishing period,and then to the period of transformation and development.After years of practice,field archaeology technology has made great progress,and the standards of excavation have also been improved.The professional quality of workmen has also been improved.In this process,we need to further increase the comprehensive application of multidisciplinary and the standard of archaeological excavation.At the same time,we should pay more attention to the status and redevelopment of technical workers,mainly from the transformation of the technical industry,the training of technicians and the construction of the team,and the improvement of the system of social protection.
