Throughout the history of ancient Chinese literature,drama was an indispensable part of it.However,the status of drama in ancient China was far inferior to that of poetry.The main creator of literary who are called the Scholars generally regard poetry as orthodox,and think that drama can't pass.Refined and treated the dramatists as a rough generation.Therefore,the peak of the creation of Chinese classical drama is much later than that of poetry,and the study of specialized theatrical theory closely related to the creation of theatrical works has not yet been fully carried out.Some of them are merely the evaluations of several theories scattered among theatrical works.It is only about the study of temperament,but the structure that is indispensable for dramatic works is rarely paid attention to.Until the Qing Dynasty,Li Yu devoted his entire life to collecting the achievements of his predecessors,and opened the precedent of history.He created “Sketches of Idle Pleasure”.This book broke the situation.It is the first complete and comprehensive theory of drama theory in the history of Chinese classical drama.“Sketches of Idle Pleasure” is rich in content,including drama theory,health,and living room,among which drama theory represents the highest peak of Chinese classical drama theory.His theatrical theory has always been the focus of domestic scholars' research.He has made great achievements and exerted great influence.However,in stark contrast to the heated research of Li Yu's theatrical theory in China,the Western world has a dismal situation for Li Yu and his theory of drama: Many western theoreticians have not mentioned Li Yu in related works.There is no full translation yet.It can be seen that although Li Yu's dramatic theory has great value,it has not attracted the attention of the Western world.In the context of globalization today,in order to promote world cultural exchanges and enhance China's cultural soft power,we must increase the dissemination of “extraordinary sentiment” and expand the world influence of Li Yu's theatrical theory.This article,by studying the text of “Sketches of Idle Pleasure”,deeply analyzes the value of theatrical theories,and on this basis,further explores the value of the foreign translation of “Sketches of Idle Pleasure” and its foreign translation promotion strategy.The first chapter mainly introduces Li Yu's biography and the book background of.“Sketches of Idle Pleasure”.In the background of “Sketches of Idle Pleasure”,it is shown that Li Yu's theatrical theory is based on previous theories,developed and innovated.The second chapter mainly includes two parts.First,on the basis of an analysis of the text of,“Sketches of Idle Pleasure”.Li Yu's theatrical theory is explored in detail.Second,Li Yu's theatrical theory not only has a very high status in the history of Chinese classical drama theory,but also has a very important influence in the history of world theories.At the same time,the dissemination of classical texts by outward translation and mediation is also a requirement of the times and the country.Therefore,Li Yu's theatrical theory carries the theory of Li Yu's drama.The foreign translation of the book “Casual Love” is imperative.The third chapter mainly discusses the status quo of the spread of theatrical theories in,“Sketches of Idle Pleasure” tries to translate the key words and key sentences of Li Yu's drama theory,and discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in translation and some of the translations.StrategiesThe fourth chapter mainly discusses the strategies for the translation of Chinese classic literary texts based on the foreign translation of Li Yu's “Sketches of Idle Pleasure”.It mainly discusses from the following three aspects: translation strategy,government support,and communication media.The government support provides the material basis and guarantee for the foreign translation of classical Chinese literary texts.Appropriate translation strategies can improve the quality of the foreign translation of literary texts.The media has broadened the channels for the dissemination of classical literature.These three are extremely far-reaching and indispensable for the translation of Chinese classical literature.
