In recent years,China has put forward the proposition of building a harmonious society and harmonious world."Harmony" has become one of the important principles in our life.The important strategy of building a harmonious society is to "adhere to the priority of education development,promote educational equity".At the same time,we need to strengthen the cooperation and exchange with other countries.It's very important to be in line with international standards in the era of rapid development.I we want to complete this strategy,we must begin with basic English Education.We use the text books that are published by Hebei Education Press in Baiyin Gansu Province(beginning with Grade 3 in primary school).English teaching Junior has the effect between senior higher school and primary school.Plenty of English teachers has thought about the Strategies of English Teaching since the New Curriculum Reform,they reflected on their own teaching and study English curriculum.In this study,teaching strategy is made up of the teaching concept,teaching methods and techniques,for their change,it is not only the needs of times development and the new curriculum reform,and is also the needs of the development of the teachers and students as well as the schools' present situation,in order that schools can promote the diversification of junior middle school English teaching,but also can promote students innovations on their ways of learning English,especially in the study it has important influence on emotion,its importance is self-evident.This study not only has achieved a variety of English teaching strategies,but also changed the way of learning English for Junior Students in China,especially it has an important impact on the learning affection,especially in the study of emotional aspects have an important impact.It based on the theory of pedagogy and psychology about learning emotion in new curriculum reform.It studied the relationship between emotion and learning achievement after using new teaching strategies for new curriculum reform.This study aimed to find the right personal style of teaching English,and use different teaching strategies in different classes freely.I hope that it can cultivate the positive learning emotions of students through the teaching strategies.It can provide the basis for the further development,also provide concepts' update platform for teachers,and provide the way for students' emotional cultivation,as well as provide the thoughts for the better development of class.Also,it can not only improve the learning achievement,but also prepare for the high school,college,and even it can be the foundation for further study.At the same time,I expect this study can help English teaching reform in junior high school,and offer some practical ways for middle school students in learning English.This study combined quantitative research and qualitative research,two classes of that will be divided into one comparative class and the other experimental class,and after teaching experiment of the experimental class,using questionnaire method,interview method and education experiment method,using software SPSS17 to collect relevant data,and to analyze two classes of learning emotional change and the relationship between the grades.The results showed that two classes have significant differences in the after test,the grade in the experimental class is higher than that in the comparative class;After the test in comparative class there was no significant difference between grades and learning emotion;However,in the experimental study result after the test there were significant differences between study emotion;In comparative classes students learning emotion level before and after the tests there were no significant differences;The students learning emotional level in the experimental class students and that in the comparative class have significant differences in the measurement.This means that under the new curriculum reform the teaching strategy can shift to optimize the junior middle school students' English learning emotion,and effectively enhance the positive feelings of junior middle school students English learning;after changing the teaching strategy,we have promoted the junior middle school students have a positive emotion,also improved the classroom learning efficiency,and effectively improved the students' English.
