Study On The Optimization Of Service Quality Of Overseas Chinese Training Program

The three major elements of project management is the quality,time and cost,project quality management is the soul of project management,construction quality of service system of overseas Chinese training project from project planning,project service quality service quality control,project quality assurance services three main research.Overseas Chinese training programs need to find a reasonable and effective way to improve the quality of training services in a fixed time,so that the training effect is significantly improved.This paper uses the methods of literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,case analysis and other research methods,in view of the current status of overseas Chinese training project,through the use of total quality management theory,combined with the construction of the service quality of the overseas Chinese training program,the quality of service optimization and the design of overseas Chinese training program,including key quality links to overseas Chinese training program service location management;determine service needs,enhance customer expectations of service quality;develop education service plan,enhance the user experience and service quality;improve service project quality control management system.At the same time,the overseas Chinese training project service quality optimization plan implementation effect evaluation,the method of evaluation and evaluation index of "combining the" survey on the application of evaluation methods.The results show that after the implementation of the program overall satisfaction increased;"evaluation index evaluation method of the comprehensive value of 60.39975,the overseas Chinese the training project service quality optimization scheme is better.In this paper,through the construction of service quality system of overseas Chinese training program,to improve the quality of training,ensure the effectiveness of training plays an important role and the perspective of "innovation" and "innovative ideas" and "innovation" is the feature of this thesis,this paper focuses on the "overseas Chinese short-term training project" is a special object,give full consideration to the current the social status quo,taking "theory with practice" for writing the main line,introduces the hierarchy of needs theory,human capital theory,learning organization theory,training incentive theory,and the research methods of phenomenology and the combination of short-term training team in Huaqiao University Chinese Academy over the years as an example,in-depth investigation and analysis of different training the team the nature,characteristics and requirements of the relevant actual phenomenon,through the examples of a number of actual cases to boost short-term Chinese training Design project of service quality,and analyze and confirm the feasibility of the implementation of the "two kinds of evaluation methods and evaluation index evaluation on the plan,trying to find a new way to enhance the short-term training of service quality,and provide valuable and practical reference for other schools to carry out similar training programs.
