With thedevelopment for the cause of socialist culture,people's cultural consumption level has been increasing,which brings about the prosperity for art training industry.Accompanied with reform and innovation,the demand for art market is diversified,and thetraining market is also becoming more standardized and specialized.At present,although there are many art training institutions in Chengdu with a large market,some of them are lagging behind and the operating conditions can be highly concerning,which,has indicated that the market for the art training industry is not mature enough.Taking Chengdu art training industry as the object and combining the status quo of art training industry,this paper uses literature research method,field investigation method,comparative analysis method,interview research method,qualitative and quantitative research methods and so on to conduct in-depth analysis.While using the analysis tools of industrial organization theory,this paper also analyzes the market structure,market behavior and market performance of Chengdu art training industryunder the Structure-Conduct-Performance Model.This helps to explore the development rules of art training market,optimize the path for industrial development,and promote the health development of art training industry.This paper can reach the preliminary conclusions as follows:1.The following three conclusions can be drawn from the analysis of art training industry in Chengdu under the SCP paradigm:First,on the market structure,through the comparative analysis of two indicators of Chengdu art training industry,the market structure of Chengdu art training industry is classified based on HHI value.The market structure of Chengdu art training industry belongs to competition type I structure.According to Bain's market structure classification,the market structure of Chengdu art training industry belongs to oligopoly type III market structure.Its market entry and exit barriers are relatively low,and art training institutions can move forward and backward relatively freely.Secondly,in terms of market behavior,through the analysis of price behavior,non-price behavior and organizational adjustment behavior,we can know the market price of mainstream art training institutions,and participants are receptive.At the same time,most of the institutions have low market awareness,irregular management and operation,insufficient teachers and teaching curriculum,and no obvious advantages in the market competition.Third,in terms of market performance,through investigation and analysis,we know that the market performance of art training industry in Chengdu urban area is relatively low,the allocation of market resources is relatively low,most of the training institutions are small in scale and large in number,unable to open the market quickly,and the aggregation degree of overall resources is not high.2.The art training industry in Chengdu shows the regional differences in teaching structure and teaching quality.The market has also undergone significant changes.For example,the restrictions on quitting has been lower,the difference between products and projects turns smaller.With an insufficient government regulation,the types of products,promotion methods and operation philosophy are similar and are lack of innovative revolution.3.For the local art training industry,they have the advantages of reasonable pricing in training centers,maintaining normal operation status in terms of production allocation,efficiency and so on.However,there is still a shortcoming that the quality and technology of products have a very large space for improvement,which needs further strengthening.Strengthen the internal management system of Chengdu art training industry,create effective and reasonable business philosophy,constantly develop their own vision,and strengthen the quality of teachers' teaching.At the same time,the relevant organizations and other departments should improve the relevant laws and regulations,and further strengthen the investment in the training market.In the future,the market segmentation of Chengdu art training industry should be guided by social needs,and the value of art training should not be neglected.In addition,training should have clear teaching objectives and curriculum system,so that consumers have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the training system,formulate a scientific and reasonable training cycle,so that consumers can feel the joy and progress of learning,and achieve the goal of green development of art training industry in Chengdu.
